Our Design Process
Initial Consultation - We perform a comprehensive client interview to define the scope of the project and to allow us to provide an accurate estimate of design hours.
Preliminary Designs - We produce several different design options with product selections and a comprehensive budget.
Follow-up Meeting - We present our design options, disucss any design changes, get estimates from contractors and look at material options which include cabinet door styles, finishes, countertops, tile, paint, plumbing, lighting, furniture, fabric and more.
Finalize Design and Product Selections - Go shopping together to make the final selections on the materials and layout the construction timeline.
Order Materials and Begin Construction - We will have a pre-construction meeting on-site prior to the start of construction.
Weekly Progress Meetings - We will remain involved throughout the project to ensure success.
Finishing Touches and Final Walk Through - Once the project is near completion we will do a final punch list of items to be completed.
